Is Silhouette out of business? They don't answer their phones, never reply to emails, didn't respond to a snail mail letter and I can't even buy any media from their website because they never send the verification email. What is going on with them?

Inkcredible evening. I'm going to order DTF from FL Flex. In reading there directions it says " BELOW the 9pts mark will NOT get WHITE under-base. " What does this mean?

What does it mean when it says low resolution

I have tried everything and it still says safari cannot open page. I cannot open the store, can pull up the library but when I punch on store it comes up saying safari cannot open the page. I cannot search on Google on this computer for silhouette and it’s the only site that comes up saying safari cannot open the page what am I doing wrong?

I know you're a silhoutte girl.. but you have a siser cutter too...do you plan to make tutorials on that machine. I have a romeo unopened smh

and Mac Ive emailed silhouette tech support they cant bother to answer
